Disonnect device reconnection

How to make the disconnected device reconnect to FACS?

The reason why the device in disconnect state:
①Power off of the device;
②The device disconnects from the network;
③The device has restored the factory Settings and changed the connection path with FACS, which can be checked in the device web interface:
Route:
Administrator->Provision->configuration file->Profile Rule

Operation:
①Make sure the FACS URL you entered is correct. If unsure, please contact your administrator.
②Check if your browser has any restrictions. If so, you can try another browser to log in to FACS.
③Checking if the URL is https://acs5.flyingvoice.net:446/config/$(MA)?mac=$(MA)&serial=$(SN)&hwver=$(HWVER)&swver=$(SWVER)&product=$(PN)&linereg=$(LINEREG)&account=$(SIPUSERS)
