When you add a contact to your Local Directory, you can choose how much information you want to enter for your contact. You are required to enter a contact name at least for each new contact.
Procedure
- Select Dir or navigate to Menu > PhoneBook > Local Contacts.
- Select the desired contact group or All Contacts.
- Select Add.
- Enter your contact’s information.
- Select the desired account from the Account field.
- Select Save .
You can also do the setting on web interface.
Procedure
- Navigate to Phone > Phone Book > Phone Book.
- Select the desired contact group or All Contacts.
- Select Add
- Enter your contact’s information.
- Navigate to OK > Save&Apply.
